Ever wanted to help support and improve a product that actually helps people do useful things? Here at Memrise we’re building the world’s most joyful language learning app, and you could be a part of it! We already have nearly 20 million users, loads of accolades like Google Play App of the Year 2017 and Best of in 2016, and we have massive plans to scale and improve online and mobile learning for everyone.


We are looking to expand our support team due to ongoing growth, so are looking for someone literate and organised who really cares about great customer experience to join us. This is a chance to take on a varied customer support role, spending your time interacting with Memrise users by email, social media and forums, answering their questions and solving problems. You will also get to contribute to the product and have a real say in improving our tools and processes.
